Our spacious multipurpose room, located in the Admin Building, is an ideal venue for schools, community partners, and nonprofits to host meetings or educational events. This versatile room accommodates a minimum of 120 to 150 guests when set up with tables and chairs, or up to 200 guests with an auditorium-style seating arrangement.

Our Program Building offers three classrooms, perfect for schools, community partners, and nonprofits looking for a flexible, functional space to host educational events or meetings. Each classroom comfortably seats 20 people and includes a TV connected to a laptop for easy display of presentations, videos, or other content. The only classroom that does not have a TV is the Art Studio.

You are welcome to rearrange the tables and chairs to suit your needs—whether for workshops, group discussions, or presentations. After your event, we kindly ask that the tables be returned to their original setup, and the chairs can either be stacked in one corner of the room or placed on top of the desks facedown. Each classroom is equipped with a trashcan, and all trash must be disposed of in our onsite dumpster at the end of your event.

Our classrooms are intended as meeting space for businesses, educational organizations and other nonprofits. Unfortunately, we do not host personal special events such as graduations, birthday parties or other celebrations.

Please note that groups are responsible for their own event setup, including arranging tables and chairs as needed. Girls Inc. staff will assist with connecting laptops to the TV display, but they will not stay for the duration of the event.

Located on the 3rd floor of our Program Building, these classrooms are easily accessible via both stairs and an elevator. For added convenience, the floor also features a girls’ restroom, a family restroom, and a water fountain.
